Brand and services
Murela provides web design, mobile app interfaces, APKs, landing pages, SEO, and digital product development. Scope, delivery, price, and revisions are set out in a proposal or agreement.
Payment and delivery
Digital services may be delivered through files, links, access, source code, APKs, deployment, or reports. Card details are processed through the secure infrastructure of the authorised payment provider.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation may be requested before work begins. Once work has begun, completed work is deducted and the remainder is refunded where appropriate. No refund is made for completed digital services. Details are in the Delivery and Refund Terms.
