Distance Sales Agreement
This agreement sets out the distance-sales terms for digital services provided by Murela.
1. Parties and subject
The agreement is between the client requesting a service through murela.pro or electronic communication and Murela. Its subject is websites, mobile apps, APKs, SEO, design, development, and related digital services.
2. Scope and price
The scope, price, payment plan, delivery schedule, and revision entitlement are set out in the proposal, order summary, or electronic correspondence. Requests outside scope require separate approval.
3. Payment and performance
Payments use the secure method communicated for the service. Murela does not store card data; processing is handled by the authorised payment provider. Delivery may be by file, access, source code, APK, deployment, or report.
4. Withdrawal, cancellation, and refunds
Cancellation may be requested before work begins. Once work has begun, completed work is deducted and the remainder is refunded where appropriate. No refund is made after full performance. Statutory withdrawal exceptions for digital services started with consent remain applicable.
5. Revisions and acceptance
Revisions are limited to the agreed scope and period. Use of delivered work or no objection within the stated period may be treated as acceptance.
6. Disputes
For consumer transactions, competent consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction under applicable law.
