Delivery and Refund Terms
These terms explain how Murela delivers digital services and handles cancellation, refunds, and revisions.
1. Service delivery
Websites, landing pages, mobile app interfaces, APKs, source code, design files, access, SEO work, and reports are delivered according to the project scope. Delivery may mean live deployment, access, files, source code, an APK, or a report.
Dates and deliverables are set out in the proposal or written agreement. Digital delivery is complete when the relevant file, link, access, or deployment information is provided.
2. Cancellation
The client may request cancellation before work begins. If payment has been received, the refund process starts through the applicable payment method.
3. After work begins
Once work has begun, the value of completed work is deducted from the total price. The remaining amount is refunded where appropriate. The assessment considers work performed, outputs created, access provided, and technical or SEO work completed.
4. Completed services
No refund is made after the service has been fully delivered or performed as agreed. Mandatory consumer rights remain reserved.
5. Revisions
Revisions are completed within the scope and period stated in the proposal or order. New work or additional features outside scope may require a separate proposal.
